When will my order ship?

All products are handmade, made to order, cruelty free and vegan. Processing time is 2-10 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding weekends & US Holidays). All orders ship 1-3 day Priority. ***Due to covid-19 processing can take additional 3-5 business days. We are working to reduce these times and will continue posting updates.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However we do our best to assist you. If you are unsatisfied with your order or allergic, we do offer replacement orders or refunds. Contact us so we can assist you.

Are all your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes! All our products are vegan and made with natural and organic ingredients. All products are tested on humans. Thanks to our lovely staff, friends and family members.

Are your products edible?

No. Absolutely not. While our products are made with ingredients that are safe for your skin and will have you looking like a snack, they are not safe for ingestion. Feel free to sniff our products, but please do not eat them.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! We offer gift cards in increments of $10, $25, $50 and $100. You can purchase them here.

I have skin allergies. Where can I find a full list of your ingredients?

Please check our ingredients list prior to purchasing. We do provide a list of key ingredients, as well as a link to our full ingredients page. We often use Nut & Soy ingredients. If you have an allergy to any of our ingredients, please contact us! We are more than happy to omit any allergens to ensure you'll still have the GLC experience with our products. Just send us an email or leave a note while purchasing.

Can I change or add to my order?

Yes, please contact us at getleighedcosmetics@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll be more than happy to accommodate before the order has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you offer exchanges? 

No, we currently do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, in the case that a product isn't the perfect fit or has experienced damage upon arrival, we are more than happy to accommodate and offer a replacement.
