Get Leighed Cosmetics is an independent brand with handmade products. Please allow 2-14 business days for processing, which you have agreed to at checkout. Once your order ships, allow 1-3 business days for priority shipping. Pre order items will begin processing before the item's official release date. **Processing times have varied from our usual 2-10 business day window due to covid-19.

 Emails are sent automatically and can end up in your spam/junk folder. Be sure to check those folders carefully for your confirmation email. Order confirmations will be sent out after your purchase, shipping confirmations will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped. Your tracking number will update after your shipment has been dropped off at the postal carrier (USPS).

 We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped through (1-3 day) priority mail. Packages are picked up and shipped by USPS. once tracking numbers have been sent out, they may take a minimum of 12-24 hours to be updated by the postal carrier. If a packaged has been returned due to an incorrect or invalid address, the buyer will be responsible for a reshipping fee. All shipping options offer insurance, for the safety of your package. After the order has shipped, GLC is not responsible for packages & how they are handled by the postal carrier. If an error occurs, please contact the postal carrier (USPS) first, file a case before contacting us, so we can open up a case with them as well.

If an item is damaged upon its arrival, please contact us immediately at, please include “Damaged Order” in the subject line. Please provide your order number, photos of the damage and proof of purchase. If your package has been lost by the postal carrier, please contact us immediately, so we can open up a case with them as well.



It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the the correct address before your order ships out. Once we have created a shipping label, we cannot change the address. If we receive a package return due to an invalid or incorrect address, you will be contacted. Once we’ve contacted you, there will be a re shipping fee of $8, we will send you an invoice via email. If you’re interested in a refund, please contact us and we will refund your order, deducting the shipping cost for the returned package.


If you’re interested in cancelling your order, you have 48 hours to cancel your order after your time of purchase. Once the 48 hour period has passed, your order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.


Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are unsatisfied with a product, we do offer replacement orders or refunds. If you have any allergies, we recommend reading over the ingredients list before purchasing. We can also omit ingredients for those who have allergies.
